Mississippi Native Plant Society 2026 Fall Propagation Workshop in Clinton, November 7, 2026 - 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Clinton Community Nature Center, 617 Dunton Rd, Clinton, MS 39056


Hosts MNPS, the Bluffs to Prairies MNPS Chapter, and the Clinton Community Nature Center welcome State Botanist Heather Sullivan, Brady Dunaway of the MS Museum of Natural Science's Heritage Program, & Dr. Deb Mann as special guest contributors. 


Participants will:

  • Learn about native plant propagation efforts in central Mississippi.
  • Process locally collected native wildflower seed.
  • Take cuttings and learn how to root them.
  • Plant Seed and cuttings in the CCNC shadehouse.
